The march 18 real estate scramble

Well hello out there and decided to write a small piece on this March 18 real estate scramble going on in BC Canada. Been observing a frantic pace of activity as people try to buy before the March 18 deadline before mortgage rules change. So many buyers trying to find something that multiple offers are increasing through Vancouver and other areas. It looks to be a great time to be a moving company very soon if not already. Just a thought take a moment and think about it. Why should this one small set of changes be the focal point of so much activity at the cost of many other reasonable personal factors in buying real estate? A batch of inventory as the industry calls it for property on sale are going to come available or will continue to be so after the March 18, 2011. Take this piece of info with a grain of salt.
Fail to prepare then prepare to fail is a saying that can be used to help people take some time to plan before buying on including personal factors not just external factors that affect real estate. By the way another deadline for a change is April 18 or 19 connected with CMHC.
